Payment Terms
Deposit and Balance
Our payment terms are straightforward. At the time of booking, we require a deposit of €50 per event or activity in order to secure your reservation. You will be given a unique booking reference number at this time, which should be used for all future correspondence with the company.
14 days prior to your arrival, we will provide instructions on how to pay the remaining balance. We accept payments by bank transfer or credit/debit card.
Cancellations
You can cancel your reservation for free as long as you do it at least 14 days before your arrival date. Just send a written request to us. However, please note that the deposit is not refundable.
Complaints
We are committed to offering our customers the best possible experience. That’s why we work closely with our suppliers to ensure the quality of the events and services advertised on our website. We want to make sure that when you book with us, you can be confident that you’ll get exactly what you expect.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan. So, in the unlikely event that your supplier is unable to fulfill their obligations, please contact your event representative immediately. They will then work with you and the supplier to come to a satisfactory resolution, which may include a refund.
